Each October, NDEAM (National Disabilities Employment Awareness Month) is commemorated to celebrate the contributions of workers with disabilities and “to reaffirm the commitment to ensuring good jobs for everyone.” As announced in a previous issue of this Bulletin, this year’s theme is “Access to Good Jobs for All.” Now the 2024 NDEAM poster displaying this theme is available and can be used throughout the year to showcase a commitment to disability inclusion at the workplace. The poster features a collage of six photos displaying people with a range of disabilities working in various settings. It is available in English and Spanish and can also be customized with different photos.
