Applications Invited for Grants to Increase Employment Opportunities for Youth and Veterans with Disabilities

Mitsubishi Electric America Foundation has announced a new round of grants aimed at supporting “innovative projects that help youth with disabilities develop the leadership and employment skills they need to succeed.” Applications are being accepted for requests ranging from $10,000 to $100,000 per year for up to three years. Funded projects will demonstrate measurable outcomes for employment and will be national in scope. Model projects with definite plans for dissemination nationally or replication will also be considered. The application deadline is November 1.
