The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has revamped the Employment Referral Resource Directory (ERRD), which lists government and nonprofit organizations as references to assist federal contractors’ in hiring of qualified people with disabilities, veterans, women, and minority groups.
