On June 13, 2024 from 1 to 2 pm, ET, Ask the TVI: Summer Reading will cover information for parents on how to help their child maintain academic progress and enjoy reading books during vacation time. A suggested book list and tips for “making experience books and story boxes” for children with vision impairments will be offered. On June 17, 2024 from 8:30 to 9:30 pm ET, The Critical Role of Pediatric Vision Screening will explore the vital role of vision screening in detecting vision problems early.
