As Black History Month draws to a close, the U.S. Department of Labor blog features an article by Nakisha Pugh, senior policy advisory in the Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP), “Exploring the Intersection of Black History and Disability Inclusion.” Pugh highlights the role of Brad Lomax, a Black American, in both the civil rights and disability rights movements.
