The enrollment period is currently open for the Workforce Recruitment Program (WRP), which seeks applicants for its 2024 database. Applications are welcomed from anyone with a disability interested in federal employment who is a U.S. citizen and seeking a degree or individuals who have recently received a degree from a U.S. college or university. WRP “connects students and recent graduates with disabilities to employers.” Through the WRP website, participants’ applications and resumes will be available to employers for one year. Those enrolled will have access to federal government jobs and internships across the nation. Employers can contact applicants directly “about positions that match your skills and qualifications.” To find out more about the program for students and recent graduates, visit the WRC webpage for Students, which includes a video on the program. Registration for the 2024 database closes October 12, 2024. Those interested can also find out about the Rules of Behavior and complete the student registration here.
