As October, National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) approaches, a newly released online video explores the spirit of NDEAM and how it can be celebrated. The video appears on the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP) NDEAM website, along with other outreach tools tied to this year’s theme of “Advancing Access and Equity.” As covered in a recent Bulletin, these offerings include the 2023 NDEAM poster, key messages, and graphics for individuals and organizations to incorporate into their NDEAM observances.
