The event will feature three panels: one with patients sharing their experiences; another with medical professionals presenting the latest research on the disease; and a third on accessibility and adaptive strategies, with assistive technology experts sharing tools and techniques for everyday living with Stargardt’s. This program is hosted by The Carroll Center for the Blind, in partnership with the Foundation Fighting Blindness, Prevent Blindness, and The Blind Life.
