The “Seen and Unseen” series of free tours, designed for adults with vision loss, guide visitors through the work of sculptor Isamu Noguchi through verbal description and “engaging conversation.” On March 14, 2024, from 2:30 to 4 pm ET, the tour explores Noguchi’s portraits and busts “inspired by” composers, singers, and dancers from the Jazz Age who the sculptor knew during this period in the 1920s and 1930s. Although there is no charge, virtual visitors to this Noguchi Museum tour need to RSVP to receive a Zoom link or dial-in phone number: via email: [email protected] or by calling 718-204-7088, ext. 203. For more information, read the Noguchi Museum webpage describing Seen and Unseen.
