Feather Chelle’s new book features hands-on activities, poems and lessons for young readers, “blind and sighted alike.” The author spoke with Blind Abilities and Jeff Thompson about her fourth book and life experiences. “Colors are not just visual,” explains Chelle, in that they can be described using all senses.
